Payment and insurance

Pre-authorizations are our way of replacing the long and cumbersome process of having customers fill in credit applications. We pre-authorize any equipment rental for the total cost of the rental, plus an amount to cover any unexpected damages or additional days required.
Credit card is the most commonly accepted form of payment, as we require pre-authorization on every rental before it is sent out to your site. In some rare cases, we will also accept cheques or e-transfers, but this has to be negotiated with your rental agent, and a pre-authorization must still be approved.

Get a hold of your insurance provider and let them know you need to drive your heavy equipment on the roads, and they will be able to provide you with the correct insurance policy to do so.

Heavy equipment insurance is required on all rental products, no matter where they come from. Get a hold of your insurance provider and let them know you need heavy equipment insurance, which is sometimes called contractor equipment insurance, or fleet-truck insurance. Tell them that what heavy duty equipment you are renting and let them know how long you’re renting it for. They will likely be able to create a policy for you right away, or they can usually recommend a heavy equipment insurance provider in your area.
